Over 20 years of experience across ICT engineering, application development, infrastructure and modern data platforms.
Owen’s experience spans website and CMS management, hosting environments, network infrastructure, cloud platforms, Kubernetes orchestration, business intelligence and AI integration.
His work includes managing production WordPress websites and Plesk hosting environments for government, non-governmental and private-sector clients.
